A Moment of Clarity – Page 17

Another wonderful page where the coloring really brings out the setting. There really was just no way to convey the city lights in black and white.

This weekend sees us off to Maine to record the upcoming Titanium Rain audio drama with the Audio Comics Company. Both Josh and I are really excited about this project. Though, I must confess, being a native to California I have no tolerance for weather under 65 degrees. I’m a total wimp when it comes to cold and the weather reports don’t put Maine anywhere above 55. Laugh at me if you want. I totally understand. All my friends on the east coast do. :)

Rockbottom is a bitch, isn't it. And it's not over yet. :)

Thank you to those who have been there for us during this difficult time. And to all those reading this comic for being patient when I've been a few hours late getting it up.

Halloween is just around the corner, so tell me what you are dressing as for this year. I'm curious what our readers are doing and who they are going as (or vise versa :evil grin:) I'm going to a friend's birthday party as Chell from the Portal series. I don't have a gun but I do have a companion cube, so that works. :)

Remember, I'm looking for cool conventions to exhibit at next year, mainly on the west coast but we're not opposed to travel if it's a good con. So please, drop me a line.

As of the writing of this post we are only 5 "likes" away from a facebook.com url. So please, if you haven't already, please hit the like button towards to the top of this page with all the faces on it and add yours there. We would appreciate it and we like seeing our fans. If you are a fan of ours from back in the b/w days, tell us how you found our book.  And remember to put your pre-order in with Amazon.com for the 112pg. graphic novel, which is due out in March. Just click on the link to the left. You won't be billed till the book ships, but every preorder counts. :)

A Moment of Clarity – Page 11

This is another one of those pages where the colorisation process really helps to make the scene. I am so proud of how this page turned out. I know Josh worked really hard on this one to ramp up the mood.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the story, our art process, or just about anything. Both Josh and I would love to hear from you.

Also, though we don't plan on attending any more conventions this year, please stay tuned for a possible signing tour towards Christmas.
